Department of Journalism
Journalism as a discipline was established at KMO College in 2025 with the vision of nurturing creative, skilled, and socially responsible media professionals. The subject offers students a strong foundation in communication, journalism, electronic media, radio and television production, digital storytelling, and emerging media technologies. Our curriculum is designed to combine theoretical knowledge, practical media training, and industry-oriented skills, helping students understand the rapidly changing world of media and communication. Papers provided under Journalism introduces students to electronic and digital media, including radio, television, streaming platforms, social media, and OTT services. It helps students understand the functioning of electronic media in the digital age.
